Farm to Fork Kids™ was developed by Chef Lara in 2015 as a program designed to help inner-city children learn to connect with fresh food in a positive way that teaches long term sustainable skills such as cooking, identifying food at different stages, selecting food options beneficial to overall health, enhancing palettes, and creating soft job skills for the future. 


Farm to Fork Kids™ was first launched at Truly Living Well (2015-2017) and expanded to after-school programming in 2018.


Each child enjoys at least 2 servings of fresh fruits and/or vegetables per session. We work with youth ages 6-24 years old.

Farm to Fork Corporate is a program designed to bring farm fresh cooking and instill a comprehensive approach to nutrition into workplaces in the Atlanta area. 


There are enormously long and short-term benefits of food wellness programs and initiatives developed in the workplace.

This program was established in 2019. 



The fees collected for this program help aid the F2F Kids programs and are tax deductible. 

International Food Allergen Managment Academy (IFAMA) was first started in 2012 under another name.


This academy is sponsored by UCFresh under our food education initiative. With over 250+ million humans diagnosed with life-threatening food allergies, this disease, like many food-related diseases, must be addressed when teaching on food education.




IFAMA has created programs for businesses, institutions & professionals as well as a certification platform. 


We certify places and people on their food allergen management skills and food allergen safety compliance.


AllerCoach & AllerSmartCamp are two current programs of IFAMA.
